I planned on opening up my place in NH. When I arrived I began the process of turning everything on. When I got to the point that I was ready to turn the well pump on, nothing! Not a clue on how to fix it. It was 4:58pm and my only option was to rough it out for the night with no water and no place to go, literally, or drive two-hours home. the latter is is like a ladder, is old people can’t do either anymore. I called Forest Pump about 40 miles away. I left a message not expecting a call back until morning. Within a minute or two, Wayne called me back and agreed to help me out. I wasn’t expecting that either. Wayne patiently tracked down the electrical problem patiently, while I crossed my fingers until the water started flowing, one more thing I wasn’t expecting. No one expects people to go out of their way for anyone these days. I am more than pleased to have found one in Wayne. I don’t write these reviews, good or bad, for anyone but, I want everyone to know that Forest Pump and Wayne did a wonderful job, he knows his stuff but it was all the unexpected things that I will always remember. I wonder if he’s expecting this…

If I could more than 5 stars I would. I made an appointment to have our water filter looked at and Wayne came by the same week. He identified the problem right away and took the time to walk me around my property to show me the possible issues. He provided a solution and estimate to fix the problem right away. A few days later he even took the time to track down the former property owner and he call me back to confirm he told me the right information!

Wayne at Forest Pump and Filter responded immediately to our request when we ran out of water. When he and Jamison visited our home, Wayne did an analysis of our water system and quickly diagnosed the problem. He clearly explained our options and the cost of each. We made our decision and they began the repairs right away. I’m a curious person and Wayne was very patient to explain what he was doing at each step of the repair. Wayne and Jamison were courteous, timely and professional. They finished their work, cleaned up the debris and took our payment. The next day, Wayne even called us to make sure that everything was in order. We couldn’t be happier with the whole experience of dealing with this company.

We have had Forest Pump and Filter as our pump service company for many years. This past December, our soda ash feeder stoped working. We called and Wayne came to our house within a matter of hours. He traced the problem to the foot valve. Upon replacement, it works fine. To make sure all was OK, he asked us to keep him updated on how it was working. We did, and he was genuinely interested in what we had to say. Good job, Wayne. We truly appreciate the service.

Both times I called they came out within days. The first time I called the man on the phone walked me through a couple things to help out water issue. He tried saving us $ and time by having me try a couple things myself. Wayne and his partner came today, they were friendly and helpful. Jameson and Jake were awesome and replaced our 40 year old pump which was 150 feet down our well. They had superior work ethic. They coordinated the job between them like a well oiled machine. I am so impressed with the service provided By Forest Pump. We had a well installed three years ago. Recently we encountered an issue with water pressure. I reached out to Wayne for help. He and his co-worker (sorry I don’t recall his name) showed up at my house the next day and discovered that the propane company turned off our filter which resulted in a back up of sediment. A big thank you to Wayne at Forest Pump and Filter for coming out today for an emergency consult for lack of water. Happy to find it was a hidden frozen pipe and not our pump. We've done a couple of these before, but this one had us stumped. He helped us figure out the issue and get us going again. This is the 3rd time we have had him out (first a well cap replacement and then full house filtration replacement) and we highly recommend him. Prices are reasonable and we have never had to wait more than a day for him to come out. Both times we were able to get the work done the same day he came out to look. He could have put us off today and he still made time at the end of an already long day to come help us out.

From the first phone call I made back in late January, I immediately liked this company! Compared to the other three well companies I reached out to, they were easily the most personable and took the time to explain the process over the phone during that initial call. Recently, our well started to struggle and yesterday morning the pump had finally gave up. I called Forest Pump and Filter at 8:00am and spoke with Andrew about our situation. He was about to leave for his first appointment that day and said he would swing by to quickly diagnose. When he arrived he was quick to ID the problem as a pump failure and provided me a general estimate for the work. To my surprise he said that he would be back after his first job to install the new pump roughly about 11:30am and he would call when he was on his way. He called at just after 10am to inform me he was on his way along with a another technician, I had forgotten his name, sorry. They arrived and quickly set to work to replace the pump. Both of them were patient with our many questions and were very professional going about their work. We recently had a water softener installed in our new home. I spoke with Wayne on the phone and he came that day to set it up! There was a minor issue with it about a week later and he came right over to fix it. He is probably the most helpful person I’ve dealt with while building our house. I lost my well pump and called the next day around 0820 and was told the techs would arrive between 1000-1100. Wayne and Glenn showed up around 1030. Wayne was very informative on what they were doing. They replaced my well pump and water tank (which was 30 years old) in about an hour. I couldn't ask for better service and will be going to this company to install a filtration system in the near future.

We live in Lebanon Maine and have terrible water (20 parts iron) but we've worked with Forest Pump & Filter for 5 years now and have crystal clear water. I woke Christmas morning to no water. I realized my pump was broken. I was traveling that day so I called Forrest Pump first thing the next morning. Wayne was here by 12:30 and had me ready to take a nice hot bath by 2:30. He even offered to add bubble bath, wash my back and hold my towel for me while I bathed which I declined but thought, “wow! this guy is all about customer service.” I highly recommend Wayne and Forrest Pump.

I'm amending my review. I initially had a shockingly negative interaction with one of their service techs, but Don made addressed it VERY quickly. Forest obviously has a commitment to being a good business and, although I had a negative experience at first, you should feel comfortable that if things don't go smoothly, you can talk to them and they'll make it right. No business is perfect, and how they respond to their mistakes is what you should judge them by. Forest Pump is trustworthy in this regard.

AWESOME experience! We had Glen and Andrew come out. We just moved into a new house, and things were pretty stressful, especially never having well water before. Everything was thoroughly explained and so far, our filtration system has worked spot on! Aside from obviously knowing what they were talking about, they were so funny and personable! We would highly recommend and they will be invited to our housewarming once we get unpacked (i figure about a year, LOL)! Thank you guys so much!!

We were having a bad issue with air in our lines. Our well people wanted over $4000.00 to upgrade our already “upgraded” system from four years ago! We searched other well companies on line and found Forest Well and Pump. As we wanted a second opinion we called them. Andrew came to see what was going on and explained what the problem was. Long story short...we set up an appt. and Andrew came back and did a tank head conversion, removed a bad air collection tank we no longer and did some repiping. Problem Solved!! The price.??Let’s just say 😀. Forest Pump is as honest as it gets and will now be our service co. We thank Forest Pump for their honesty, and great service. And thanks again Andrew!,
