Traditionally our company provided many of the region's well drillers with our expertise as well pump and water filtration installers.

Several years ago we entered the well drilling business when demand for new wells outstripped available drilling rigs.

Well Drilling RigWe find that our customers are really happy to have one vendor responsible for their entire water system. With coordinated scheduling and complete project pricing, there are no unknowns in getting a water system in place in a timely manner.

This region's well depths vary between 200 and 600 feet in order to obtain a sufficient recovery rate of 2 to 6 gallons per minute or more for a typical residence.

Our clean, modern well drilling rig is highly efficient and we are seldom more than one day at any site, which our customers appreciate, given the fact that the process is fairly noisy.

In rare cases where water is scare, we can hydrofracture the new well toincrease its' yield. We can also hydrofrak an older well that has become "lazy," often improving its flow rate.

Hydrofracturing hydrofracture

Forest Pump & Well Drilling is now able to provide hydrofracturing for both new and existing wells. The procedure involves injecting very high pressure water into the subsurface well core in order to “blow out” any obstructions in the rock fissures that are the veins which deliver water to the well shaft. Hydrofracturing has the ability inmost cases to increase the gallons-per-minute that flow to the well.
